Kayla (26), stay-at-home mom of 3 with one more on the way, has found peace accepting and pursuing challenges that help her ease her anxiety. Through doing this, she has began living her life for Christ and now sees the beauty in all the smallest of things, no matter how badly her day may seem to be going.

“If you truly want to be happy, you have to look within yourself. You can’t expect someone to help you feel better, when they can’t feel what you’re feeling. Everyone has hard times, sometimes more than others, but you mustn’t let that consume you. Finding a challenge will help you in more ways you may think.
